I've not tried Vassalizing a FE without the civ or war goal so idk about that.
Cultural Overhaul does not touch the Feudal Realm Civic (as far as I know at least), so I think the Full Version of this Mod and Cultural Overhaul 2.3 [Ethics-Civics-Traditions] are mergeable as well, only 3 Files have conflicts:
\common\governments\authorities\00_authorities.txt
\common\tradition_categories\00_diplomacy.txt
\common\traditions\00_diplomacy.txt
But to be fair, besides comparing the files I honestly don’t know what I am doing. So I don’t know if the mods are really mergeable. I just wanted to point out that there is still a conflict with Cultural Overhaul, with the lite or without the lite version.
Perhaps it is best to ignore that then. Thanks for the quick reply though.
For Plentiful Traditions is that just for giving the appropriate tradition swaps?
And the Plentiful Traditions mod as well.
