you forgot to add the knife as his start item and be unbrekable i guess

are nightmare creatures immune to the poison damage? if not this could completly brake the mod due to the fact that if the nightmare creatures do not die to a direct hit the player will not gain sanity ( this made the sans mod that you linked for textures unplayable)

What... the... hell? Dude it's NOT cool steal MY custom voice from MY Horror Sans mod. And this sprites create another artist! Delete this and make your OWN!
