I was in a private server with me and my friends, and we tried these taunts, but we heard no new taunts after spamming them for 10 minutes. :'(

It is the actual, usable server :D

Just select prophunt in Garry's Mod
select "Create new game" (or something like that)
select how many players your computer/internet can handle
and that's it.

Wait, I'm kinda confused. I'm new to these servers and stuff, so don't hate please. Is this like content for a certain server or the actual, usable server?

No, you don't need the original prophunt for this (as it is already included).
The 2 things that are changed are the taunts and the map selector to use the "ph_" maps. (But only when you start the server)

I changed the config.lua, but it doesnt helped me in any way ;/
