To viking_thunder_g: To solve your problem placing Etihad Tower you need to do the following. (1) Have Fine Road Anarchy enabled. (2) Use Find it! mod to find Etihad Tower. (3) Select the asset. (4) Put it next to the road where you want to place it. At first it will appear red and not allow you to place it. (5) Press Ctrl+A and the asset will turn green and allow you to place it next to the road. (Note: When you have time, look up the Fine Road Tool in the Steam Workshop. Read about the functions of the mod's listed Hotkeys. Problem solved!

I can't place the building on any road, just says "space already occupied!" no matter what road type I try to place it on.
