Yes they are smaller, this information is in the description. You will need to use the move it mod to get the best out of them.

I know you're unlikely to check this since it's been so long, but I'm struggling with a lot of your terraces including this, in that they don't actually fit the zoning blocks when I try and plop them or grow them. They leave gaps between because they're too small to reach the sides, when they should be wall-to-wall, what with being terraces and all. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm loathe to unsubscribe because they look really nice, but I might have to if I can't get them joining up.
