It's just a texture adder and items for the dragon race mod / old dragon's descent. I haven't checked but there should be nothing stopping it other than the config file requirements, if anyone would like to continue this project please reach out via PM, I can hand over mod authority.

TLDR: It should work just textures and XML, config just doesnt say it supports the new version.

Ребята, кто по английски не понимает, могу подсказать способ заставить дракона надеть броню. Вернее, заставить нельзя, дракон броню сам наденет, как захочет. У меня долго не хотел, но способ нашел. Строите стеллаж рядом с спальным местом дракона, в настройках выбираете, чтобы класть в этот стеллаж можно было только драконью броню, переносите и ждите. Дракон рано или поздно броник на себя нацепит, снимать не захочет. Мой надел)

@Mlie, added the capacity for this mod to be used "TENTATIVELY" with Dragon's Descent. I will be focusing on maintaining support for the Dragon Mod 1.1 going forward as the Dragon's Descent Mod Team is working on their own armor and sprites.

Small Bug Report :
Dragon wears armor and when facing downward the armor is facing upwards.

my dragons wont wear any of the armor

@ego limit the dragons from wearing shield belts by disallowing them in the outfits.
@drayco it could be added but its not within the original scope of this mod.
@matty ill look at fixing the mismatched type asap.

My dragons are taking all of my shield belts and I have no way to remove them or restrict them from wearing them. What am I missing?

Hey, this is awesome mod, but is there any way to add lighter, less movement restrictive cloth armor (IE gambeson and armored vests like in Animal Armor: Vanilla) and other accessories like saddles and saddlebags like in Horse Armor and Saddles for Animal Gear to this? (Saddlebags would increase carrying capacity, like in Mercer's Backpacks.)

so... the plasteel armor on the green dragons is facing the wrong way when they walk downwards. Haven't seen it on the royal or white dragon (the other two dragons I have).

so i have the mod installed and my dragons (wyvern wont equip the armors, i have 4 different wyverns and 6 armors and put them all in a tiny spot for days and none of them will wear it. help please

facts are, if you are adding the mod to existing saves, like all mods, they are not added to any storage and outfits by default, you have to add them yourself

deebles i had the same problem but if you make a zone over your stockpile en restrict your dragons in that it wil go faster

Dragons will do it on their own, make sure its in a stockpile or shelf available to the animal.

Can't seem to equip the armor.... Is there a trick to it somehow?

Bummer to hear they won't be as useful, but if you are going to make all the dragon leathers one type of leather could you also have them give some tough-ish scales for a steel alternative to gear creation?

Funny enough I just ended up taking over the mod slightly, and am going to work on nerfing dragons here soon because of how powerful they are. I guess this armor could add the strength back to dragons once my nerfs are complete. :P

@Trog so i did adjust the graphic to more properly sit over the dragon sprite however the more complex changes iv'e forwarded to blake.

When i'm wrong i'm wrong. Got the true part right but must have read the stone part of the egg and conferred it toward it's name. That's my bad, sorry.

That would be them. Have had a few in my last colony and the eggs they laid referred to them as "True rock dragon".

by bipedal, do you mean quadrapedal? the true dragon race right, four legs and two wings...?

To clarify; "true rock dragon" is the name of the bipedal one. The non wyvern one.

The true rock dragon's tail graphic seems to still be visible, or at least the edge of it.
I think allowing their natural horns through a hole in their helmet would look better than trying to cover them completely in metal and the only other thing besides some line smoothing on the rivets would be to just have steel armor on the wing joints ( middle and end ) of the true dragon's wings and ha e some light chain mail cover the rest. Pure steel casing on their wings would render them useless.

Just some thoughts. I love that you made armor for my favorite critters, so thank you.

@trogladonis so there isnt a true rock dragon, just a rock dragon (wyvern type) and true dragon (true dragon type). If you're looking for an adjustment could you be more specific on what your looking for?

Nice. Gonna have to make some armor for my sweet rock boy.
The look of the armor for the true rock dragon may need a little polishing but other tha that? Good stuff.
