I only noticed on second glance the faint Damascene steel swirling pattern in a layer below the bold black stripes. Interesting effect.

Nice pun in the name for the warpaint, too. :ss13ok:

@Solaris: The auburn part may be brown enough to work for both teams. But yeah, if the TF team considers it too close to the RED version of 'Value of Teamwork' paint that they ask to make it a team-coloured warpaint, some desaturated blues for a BLU version should work.

I don't even know if or how much the TF team communicates with Workshop contributors?

I'd say, at the very least, give it a blue team skin, and this skin will be perfect.
