Yes, it requires mass transit DLC. That's the only way you can have 2 lane highways without going for mods.

it isnt appearing in the intersections tab, do i need mass transit or something?

@rafapaolino This one has 2 lane highways which come with mass transit DLC. So, you can't use this.

Try my full diamond interchange in my workshop. It works great with completely vanilla game and you can use TMPE lane connector to make it work perfectly like this one if you want.
My workshop is slightly cluttered, but people have subscribed to my repeat items, so I am not removing them.

You can reverse all the roads and it'll work for LHD with same efficiency. Lane order would be different though.

Did you make this so that it's just for driving on the right side, or did you make a left-side drive version as well? I make pretty much all of my cities be drive on the left.
