Despite the "compatibility" part of the description, it outdated quite a bit. According to GitHub, if I'm looking at it right, it's been about 9 months since the last update for any of his mods.

First of all, thank you so much for the mods you are making. Without them, the game is seriously incomplete, which is a shame.

I am trying to play the VII. SF Sandbox, with starting $150K, but even with all other mods disabled except your multi-mod and the main-game mod, it tells me it "failed to load the save" (obviously there is no "save" on my end, because I haven't been able to play it yet).

Any idea what I could do to make this work? As others have noted, I can't get any of your maps to work with the money mod, and I would really like to play any map with more than just a starting $80-$100K. (The in-game sandbox is broken, as far as I can tell, because of the failure to ramp up missions; that is the absolute key feature that makes your sandbox mods brilliant!)

I made a clean save file with the mod and compared my old with the new one.

The scenario was different.

Before (old save file):
<scenario>SandboxBerlinLite</scenario>

After (new save file):
<scenario>SandboxBerlinLimited</scenario>

After i pasted the <scenario>SandboxBerlinLimited</scenario> in the old save file it works again :D

So bassicly you need to edit your save file with the right scenario name and then it should work again.

Also i was having no medic with the berlin lite, i manual added them in the save file.
(After the manual adding the save was still working)

And nice job tho making mod :D

This mod has been updated for the latest patch and the city should now load for everyone.
You can use the workshop version directly

@alexbigg96, you can use any of the other mods I published to unlock vehicles and other things. It is a modular system where the player can chose which type of sandbox they want to play.

@DKMike, make sure the money mod gets loaded AFTER the Sandbox mod

@kor and CobraPLCG: There is a bug in the game currently that creates issues with assets from workshop versions. This should be fixed with the next game update which is coming this week.
In the meantime you can download the mod from GitHub or move the mod folder into the games mod folder

how do you get the city around the map?

it says compatible with other mods but this seems to be untrue i tried this mod with the money mod and it does not like it the money mod gets conflicted with this mod please look into this (unless im doing something wrong)

The issue why the workshop map fails to load probably has been identified and a fix is in the works. It's a fix on the game's side though, so I need to wait until that is done.

Due to a strange bug and how mods are loaded from the workshop, the map is currently not fully functional when loaded via Steam. If you load the map from steam, you won't have the city around the map. Everything else will still work.
