He can pretty much do everything model wise i believe nowadays

Unfortunately, I closed my community a few years back which meant funding for future fallout models ceased. Anyone is welcome to extract any of the workshop items I have to improve on it and reupload them without giving credit. My hope was to get the ball rolling for people to expand on the Fallout RP content for gmod. --Ideally for public use.-- You can probably reach out to the original modeler/porter, but in my experience, they usually expect commissions and won't work for free. Some days I do wish to come back and expand the packs and finally fix the hairs and repetitive files. If by some chance i ever did revive my community, I'll definitely wrap up getting the models that never made it to production like the antagonizer. Chances are very slim though so sorry in advanced! Hopefully other communities have expanded the fallout universe by now
