Click "deploy" on the dupe in the dupe menu, it will bring up the duplicator tool in-game and then you just need to left-click to deploy it.

I do not understand why do we need it. I looked at your code e2, but Nitsche useful there. Basically just a hologram, which do not appear in hud

Yes, you just need to put the chip and hologram will be show your health and armor scale

The chip does not work. Errors not issued, but nothing except the hologram produces. It should be so?
