About faction selection - it should be there. Perhaps your CC just didn't download it. Try deleting "workshop mods" folder from main CC folder and restart the game a few times. CC Will re-download all your mods. It worked for me, at least.

i have feeling that you should do breaks from uploadind mods to don't make your mods "eat" each other in the term of popularity, good mod though
