for some reason i can't place the tek forcefield on a platform

I can not place Tek storage or vaults down on my platform saddle :(

We on the Apex Predator Gaming server cluster need a skill that has a slightly expanded Building Area range, maybe by two foundations to each side. Possible?

I am having the same problem as Hyokkin with the mini forge and mini forcefield but on a Skyplatform. Love the mod, it is still awesome! Thank you for putting this mod together.

does this mod stop dinos like quetz and bronto from sliding off platforms/motorboats? I have extra large build distance on motorboats and using one as an aircraft carrier but those dinos slide off as well as behemoth gates being unable to be placed.

i cant put the mini industrial forge on my megachelon, please help.

So I just wanted to pop on and say I completely misunderstood the purpose of this mod. I initially thought it allowed you to build on platforms but I later found out the platform limit is dictated by the host in Advanced options (for anyone curious). I did however, on a second glance, find the mod items you mentioned so the mod is working as it should be. My sincere apologies good sir/ma'am.

I'm sure i'm using them. It tells me that I need to put them on a structure (And I have multiple structures on my platform)

There mod items for this mod? If there are I wasn't aware and I might have to double check the engrams

Howdy david, so I decided to pop this mod on for a non-dedicated server for friends but when we got into the game and attempted to settle in on our hearty brontos it doesn't allow us to build freely like the mod suggests. Is there something i'm missing?

Just wanted to poke my head in and see if there were any news about this mod. One of my favorites, that sadly still waiting on. But! no worries!, Even if it takes a long time, I'm keeping this in my favorites just to see when it get there!
Can't wait for news!

This mod allows you to build any structures on platforms, or only those that this mod adds?

@Clontroper5 Prepare all the necessary resources for crafting, throw them out of the storage place, then pick them up with a whip or hand. Then you will be able to hold tons of weight in yourself.

its not letting me place the indi forge on my titanosaur and yes i am using the platform freedom one

@Clontroper5 I ran into the same issue and there is a couple ways to fix: 1. you can use an backpack or off hand mod to up your weight without making personal weight points to high. or 2. you can summon it in as a blueprint and put it in any smithy to be build. or 3. wait for and update from 1david25.

so im looking at making an Industrial forge, So it looks like the engram for the mini forge from your mod can only be made in my inventory. but im running into the dilemma that i cannot hold the thousands of resources to make it at once. If i make a regular forge in the fabricator can i place it on platforms? or is there a way to make the mini version in the fab that i am missing?

Currently no. You can adjust weight via a plugin called itemsplus or another mod currently

Does this do anything to address weight limits? the way I understand it, items placed in storage boxes still adds to the weight of whatever creature it's on making it impossible to live out on a mobile base the way you would a stationary one

hey 1david25 MJR.Hits is right tek forcefield and mini forge don't work on platforms. Used on brand new sever and reset vanilla engrams.

Would it be possible to configure this mod to my PS4?
I've bought this game for both PS4 and PC, but my PS4 has all the DLCs and I learned all the engrams, including Tek. I want to build more structures on the Hover Skiff.

For the people unable to craft tek stuff due to the weight/inventory limit, you can do it by changing the crafting recipe to use the vanilla variant of the structure as the material instead.

The Forcefield Shield wont let you place it anywhere. It doesn't even show a preview model.

I've been having an issue where it wont even let me place the forcefield, It cancels placement instantly. However everything else seems to be working fine.
