it originated in garry's mod,
but i haven't uploaded it to its workshop as i don't have it any more.
you can search around "face punch" community, it might still be there.

i remember there was icon mod for this, so it showed the correct incapped and lobby icons shame they didnt get added, also think you could get this mod to work with hair color or hair replacer mods? i've already stated the problem with the smoker tongue on Rochelle fully n*** mod, apart from that it just needs the passing fix on the intro bit where they are talking, zoey has her default model showing instead of this

nah I meant same zoey model for l4d2. I found that original one only works on l4d1 campaign.

@nifty_games it's simple you just start up l4d2 and go to main menu and once your there choose a l4d1 map then choose Zoey when you press create lobby
