After further review this building causes a death crime spiral anywhere on the map, and any other PD at all causes it when built inside a campus area. However this building causes it no matter where it is placed. I do not know why just reporting my findings.

I placed this building inside a Campus area and it was causing an unending death spiral of crime. I couldn't figure out what was causing it for months. It turns out it wasn't specifically this building but putting ANY police stations inside a campus area makes permanent 300% crime and since this was a Campus PD it was the only PD I had inside a campus area.

So cool seeing my Alma Mater used as inspiration! Great work

KingLeno: Does the University Campus PD asset require the CAMPUS DLC in order to be used? Haven't yet bought the DLC. Tonight I downloaded your PD asset. It "FAILED." Also, two items were missing: (1) white line mark line short, and (2) Tall Industrial Warehouse Fence. (All 5 of the "Required Items" work fine--nothing missing from them.) Further: I Also downloaded your Campus Counseling Center without any problems. Would love to use your PD building; hope you can add the missing items and that that will make it work. Thanks.

@tonycoolbek any new university buildings will use campus dlc templates, outside of service buildings or parks.

@justducky there's no way to making existing assets compatible, you have to re-import the files to create a new asset, but maybe that's what you meant

@piggypotpie I highly doubt that since his assets in the pack are now owned by Paradox. I am beginning to wonder if he is planning on making his university compatible with the new DLC. compatible as in each building will function as a replacement option to those we would unlock by creating a university zone.
