Thanks and yes, you need to equip ships you download. Uploading them will strip any equipment they have. This saves on any classes with the tech you may have researched, tech level etc. Shipsets however are designs that have replaced the standard ship template in a faction and will be equipped as the basic ship / space station type it replaces. Hey i'm pretty new to the game, but i just wanna understand smth, i've been through some of your insane creation in game, but it seems that i have to "weaponize" the ships again, is this normal or did i miss smth ?
