Hey, like @Sir Punchnut mentioned. I tried installing the voice as usual but everytime Rochelle talks it's just a screech. I checked in audacity and the in-game Rochelle voice is 22050 hz. But the audio files that I got from this mod are all 44100 hz. Could you somehow change the files to match the game's current files? Is there a way to batch resample the audio files?

Doesn't work, rebuilding audiocache does not add/replace rochelles voice lines. Been playing for almost two hours and i haven't heard a single new line.

So, I needed to let you know. Rochelle's voice size has changed. It's around 20k Hz or so now. I believe that's what's causing audio screech on every voice line, despite them being the same length.

Nice one! Tho' i Will recommended for the others to do snd_update instead of rebuild (and i have A very little screeching and errors like that by doing that)

becuz i did exactly like the video (only clear DLC1 and replace VPK file with L4D2 voice) and now there's no audio for rochelle in my game anymore

You need to clear out all Zoey Voice lines from Left4Dead2_DLC1 Left4Dead2_DLC2 Left4Dead2_DLC3 teengirl folders

yeah i did. left4dead2_dlc2 sound player survivor voice teengirl. but it's still zoey's voice. is it specified to a certain campaign?

It doesn't matter what the folder name is inside the mod file. Just take the sound files and replace the ones in "producer" folder, then rebuild audiocache

ah ok. but isn't the folder name suppose to be the same as the folder of the sounds you're replacing? because i'm still having trouble getting it to work even with the google drive link

It's a joke since I hate Rochelle. I rename from "Rochelle" to "Roach" from MW2

What's with the Roach folder? Is that for Rochelle or Coach? Also, I'm confused, why is there a desktop.ini in the vpk file? I followed the instructions perfectly, and I have voice mods installed on other characters, but it still refused to work. Will try the google drive link see if that helps.
