I would be interested in removing camera shake from a few mods I have encountered. I'm curious about the level of skill involved. Is it "delete a file/edit a text document" hard or is it "oh no I need to install and learn Blender" hard?

yup, sadly the anime modders use smurf accounts to upvote their own mods, thats why they are always on top, and non-anime mods (the ones published by Rocky, for example) are buried.

KF2 definitely offers an Field of Vision slider, just not for the viewmodel. Surprisingly, a lot of them work very ideally at higher VFOV values, with the only issues I can consistently find being the values are all unique to each other & aiming resets them back to default, but maybe the newer bash & sprint animations that replaced the Early Access ones factored in Tripwire not pursing this Quality-of-Life feature, if not other issues I'm unaware of. Can't remember if the "Mag Clipping" was an issue in the game itself or tied to the animation port though.

ya, I noticed that on the 9mm as well. the animations made by Tripwire are clearly not intended for high fov and I believe they made a statement like that some time ago, saying that a fov slider for kf2 will not be possible (could still be enabled using cheats of course).

the only thing I don't like about the KF2 animations is that during the reload animation where you don't expend the entire mag, the mag clips out of the screen for a short second before the animation plays to pull the mag out of the gun. Other than that, the animations have some pretty neat semi-realistic shooting animations.

For the deagle, the only disorienting shake comes from the melee shove. the reload and deploy are minimal / not very noticeable. The 9mm pistols however have much more violent shakes. I might release it in the future with Jax's textures... have to get his permission of course.

I've never found Lt. Rocky's camera shakes disorienting, as it's generally soft & keeps my focus on centre (Twilight Sparkle's camera animations for the M14 Insurgency animations would be one that REALLY wrestle with my orientation with it's strong swings off-centre), but Tripwire's animation work is already exceptional enough that camera animation is hardly a necessary companion, and I'm all for keeping eyes without strain or stomachs well settled.

Thanks for the steadier alternative!
