It's either you don't hear any(error), or hear cropped voice line(cause not all of the L4D chars have the same length voice file), or ONLY some of the voice lines are working, some are not(in this case the file coincidentally has the same length with another L4D char). Not recommended

Just uncheck the voice mod in game, as long as you replace and rebuild, should be fine

well yea it is not changing the voice 100%, hence you might wanna copy the original folder(for back up), and create the new one so that the char would not reading the old files that had not been replaced with the mod files, if you do that, the char will not talking when the unreplaced dialog comes out(Well as for me, it would be weird if i hear ump9 talking louis's voice in game)

It's dlc2,dlc3,is it dlc2 and dlc3 in dlc2 ,and pu them in dlc3 again?

What is the name of the folder? if it's "DLC2,DLC3" then put it into "manager" folder inside left4dead2_dlc2 and left4dead2_dlc3 only, no need to put it into "manager" folder inside left4dead2_dlc1
