The name of that character is Neptune from Hyperdimension Neptunia!
There’s a model for them on the workshop, as well as voice replacement mods. I don’t remember if those were on steam, but I believe you have to grab those from a 3rd party website.

I made a mod that replaces the AK's firing sound with Felix's "Nya" to go along with this AK-47 reskin. Made sure to post a link back to this one since it's what inspired the idea.

@The Monado Trap This is very strange indeed, likely due to the new map. Haven't been able to replicate it. Is it on old maps or the new one this is happening? Or both?

no it it works on and off for some reason, like on the LS(sur) it will work and then in the camp.it will work and not work for some reason the ak was normal, then the next run it was green and black third run was back to normal so i have nc but thank you for looking into it
