I believe that's a bug with some of the default L4D survivors. MrFunreal talked about it briefly in one of his tutorials here: https://youtu.be/kphqnyeriXI?t=283
Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to rig the magazine to the base gun, and not make it move in third person at all.
