When you spawn, go to the front of the plane (pilots area) and jump a couple of times and the very end. In about 3 seconds the plane will go dark and start to go down

the only way you can do that is from l4dmaps - the steam workshop was designed for left 4 dead 2, this mod was originally for L4D1 but it had problems because the workshop was for l4d2 so I converted it - if you want it for l4d1 you would have to download it , download GCFScape and then take the Valve Pack mod and place it in "addons" where your left 4 dead folder is. That is the only way i'm afraid

Well I did add a little bit more to it such as if you stay too long in the plane something occurs (10 tanks, plane crash etc), and yes it is a suiciding map just something to pass the time, I'll get round to adding pictures and maybe even a video.
