For those who are still wondering: Yes this addon works perfectly fine. I tested it with TFA and the default HL2 weapons and it works fine. especially the default tracers. They actually look nice. Also if any body is wondering whether these actually look like MMOD tracers, then sadly no. No body has been able to properly recreate or port those in GMOD yet.
Also to the author (if you are listening), it would be great if you can add the ability to color all the tracers esp. the gauss tracers and the default tracers.

I love this addon but I wanted to ask if it supports TFA. It's really hard to tell in game and sometimes it looks like it does but then other times it has no tracers at all.

Is there an option to get rid of that weird yellow trail for the AR2?

Its not a bug. TFA weapons use custom tracers themselves. I won't replace them cause I'm not a fan of the base

Sadly, this doesn't work with the TFA sweps of the weapons from the same mod. Works on other TFA guns, just not those ones. Hopefully that is fixable.

It won't, I used chainguns and miniguns and it barely affects your FPS. If you have any Impact Particle effects, maybe those will.
