Go to your game library, select "All Games" then after the box appears select "Tools", then just scroll through till you find the "Left 4 Dead 2 Authoring Tools" double click, and then it will begin to download to your steam.

And...sorry for this, i think you expected it but, XD, could you tell me how do i access to the authoring tools? I always wondered how because my friend (LaCostraMotra) was using it to do and test his mods.

You can upload the addon to the workshop for private use, using the L4D2 authoring tools.
