Thanks for clearing that up for me. The skins are working, and no white voids. I'm still kinda new to steam mods and it was kinda fun to play around with what I assume to be the coding a little.

Open the file [modfiles.txt] and then there will be many lines. fix all the houndmaster_G to houndmaster_X , houndmaster_H to houndmaster_Y.
Don't change anything else in this file. save it and close.

Then rename two skin folder name- houndmaster_G and houndmaster_H like u said. Change to X and Y.

My folders go like heroes/houndmaster/ to the 2 houndmaster skins (houndmaster_G and houndmaster_H). I get what you're saying when say to swap the letters for houndmaster_G and houndmaster_H, but i dont know which folder name to change after that.

Try this:open- modfolder/modfiles.txt ,fix all the<houndmaster_G> or <houndmaster_H> to any other letter.
Then open-modfolder/heros/houndmaster. Fix the folder name and make it matched.

How do i get skin mods with the same file names to work together? For example, I have ManAtArms_R in two different mods, but they don't work at the same time. The one that works is the one that is loaded first. I've tried changing the file name in the mods, but that usually just results in a white void.
