I like it! You could always use the 'Page UP/DOWN' option to levelled it with the ground/river. I didn't try with this one but I'll do and let you know.

@AdamFilip yes you can. But if you raise the harbor up high, your boats will jump into the air when they reach the dock!

By using Bold Page UP/DOWN u are able to raise/ lower the whole structure whitout this mod.
