Well, it's been several weeks I didn't get back on Gmod, so I have to check it one more time.
Okay, first you have to know that if you take the outfit of an entity, then you remove this entity, the outfit will be gone too.
You have to create a new group, and then put everything in this. Then you'll be okay with removing the npc. Or if you wont, just put the outfit on you without removing the npc.
To do so, click on the icon with 3 dots in the bottom of the window, and click "self".
I don't see anyone making "one group per entities", I think it's better like that 'cus it's more organized andeasier to put on other entities.
It's the second category in the dupe tab.
Normally the npc will appear as the demon.
