nah idk I've never heard of that happening before which is whack. this map was designed for MP servers where people aren't noclipping often so it's never been an issue before

Not sure what the issue was still, but messing with textures and some lighting settings seems to have fixed the problem

Not too sure why the lighting would be breaking, was working well when I did my final compile last time. Feel free to DM me the compile log and I might be able to give some insight

Hey @bat, I've been working on an edit of this map and I've ran into a recurring issue where the lighting in a couple areas just absolutely breaks. I've messed with my compile settings and can't seem to get the issue to go away. Any idea what may be happening?

@Resonance You require Counter Strike: Source to be installed and mounted. A quick peek of your profile says you don't own it. If you really need textures there are sites that host them for free.

Also max.letterly, Counter Strike = Counter Strike Source, a game by Valve. A lot of maps (though not all) contain some content from this game.

Commander, if you are referring to the text in the description about permissions, I'd say legally you are probably correct. They should just know that they're doing it against the creator (Hinzy)'s wishes. And that he is not going to supply the VMF to anyone to facilitate editing his map.
