for some reason certain audio files tend to play it -50% speed when you make them into a mod. It's hard to edit a file when you need to increase the playhead speed by about 50% adding something like that could become tedious and disrupt the audio even more. The static issue is likely something conflicting, i noticed static with most mods whenever 2 audio files play at the same time and it conflicts with each other.

Maybe make the sound a tad bit quieter because it has some static sounds from it peaking alot in game.

Also it just abruptly ends, maybe add a fade out so it doesn't sound so harsh when it ends? Other than those 2 things i like it :)

Yea i know that pain. Its especially a pain when you can't share a video of it on a mod page like this. That and it seems YouTube and steam aren't cooperating well atm.
