Zoll skin works but the police one skin has not working

Seems like you subscribed to another server-content pack involving the skin. So, try to unsubscribe to all of your other addons and only subscribe to this car and the requirements listed on the right.

after exit from game, blue version replacing by belgium skin and number plates changed to belgium at these cars, why?
