a friend of mine (Withered Maple) mentioned that my description matched one of the earliest arma 3 alpha mods from sabre. although the provided screenshots for its armaholic page do not show it off well (which is probably why i didn't spot it + laziness on my part), i think it matches the images used in Cunico's screenshots exactly. If you're referring to the images taken straight from the armaholic page, then I wouldn't know off the top of my head and the mod creator didn't list the specific mod used in the BI forums or in the readme. judging from the pattern though, it looks like a reskin of the vanilla NATO helmets with MARPAT-WD and MARPAT-D patterns applied to them.
Apologies if this didn't help you. I will try to find it or a similar mod on armaholic though.
