The B&B RBSE edition is primarily for colonist surgeries, though it does add reproductive organs to everything in the game; this mod is for patching in more complex surgeries for your animals.
So the only reason you wouldn't use this patch is if you're not going to do animal surgeries more complex than simple neutering/spaying, such as installing cybernetics/bionics or other replacement parts on your furry friends.

@1stReaper you can use "The Birds and the Bees RBSE edition" version without "the Birds and the Bees" mod. I only include "the Birds and the Bees" as required items because that is original mod.

i was wondering will this mod work with "The Birds and the Bees RBSE edition" instead of "the birds and the bees" ?

as this mod says it requires The birds and the bees,
however The Birds and the Bees RBSE edition states not to use birds and the bees as it'll case errors

@Dr Zhivago It does restore fertility. I don't use Cyber Fauna and because of that, i don't have interest to make Cyber Fauna version.

@Lisa this mod dont have wooden dog peeners and bionic woumbs. This mod only added simple animal reproductive organ and bionic animal reproductive organ prosthetics. Reproductive organs can be affected by external violence (the birds and the bess feature).
