hey is the addon done?

This is supposed to be a joke/novelty mod. The punchline is that it doesn't fit the Tank's character at all. Also, I'm not sure how it would fit better as music for the Saferoom of all things.

I mean i like the mod cause Spongbob but in my opionion i dont see how this would fit the tank cause hes basicly like the Hulk so I think that this should go more with the Saferoom music what are your thoughts on this :)

Sorry but I only know how to make sound mods at the moment. Maybe if nobody else does it first, I'll make a Carl skin when I learn model texturing. I can still make a sound mod of your choice tho
