Honestly it feels like an oversight by CA.
Kroak, other Slann and similar top-tier mages should all have the stronger arcane conduit skill.

Thanks for this. I've always felt that Mazdamundi, Teclis, and Morathi should have had the option to buy this in their skill tree as well. It's odd that Teclis has it in multi-player, but not single player?

Yeah, always seemed weird to me than the greateast mages of the world are fiddling around in the mud with Arcane Conduit while random unnamed Necrachs are so much better that they deserve the Greater version.
