Read the description... Jim never made the Zombine for V2. Jim made it for V1, but not for V2 because he had model issues.

infact, y'all should be GRATEFULL that he makes this kind of stuff, because he is the only one with the V2 of jim's combine when the only mod there is about this is a PM mod, not a single reskin/NPC mod.

Almost everybody now complains about Elites having hats (well Berets, like HECU Grunts from Half-Life 1)If you don't want them, subscribe to V1 soldiers, there is a Elite without a beret.

@Earth That's probably workshop doing the tradition of fucking downloads up, unsubscribe from this addon, open console in-game and type menu_cleanupgmas and then resubscribe to this addon

This is a pretty cool mod, but my only problem is the looks of that soldiers helmet, feels like that shouldn't fit well

Well if you are talking about the Elite then they have undergone much more modifications than a normal Combine Soldier. That explains why they only have one eye.
