You're probably on the Re-Elected """upgrade""", which explains why you can't get it to run. Use the Legacy patch instead.

Well the original concept of the mod I had in mind which is to remove the super powers from the homies and keep their original suits but I had some trial and error with the mod so I couldn't remov the super powers but I replaced their suits
