It changes the stats of the default pistol.

I don't understand this.... Is this supposed to replace the pistol that you start off with, or is this a weapon that you pick up later in the game?

i will test that then, i will pick up a shotgun and a pistol.

It uses the smg ammo type, so any time you pick up any weapon with the same ammo type, it refills your ammo. The default smgs and this script will share the same ammo in game, so if you fire your pistols and then reload you will lose that many rounds from your smg's reserve. It's the same for any other weapon, like a few of my other pistol mods, they use the assault rifle ammo type, so they share the same ammo with the AK, Desert rifle and the M16.

still not working, been playing on single player mode and used this pistol the entire time without picking up any ammo, still not running out any

have not seen that yet, ammo still not running out.

I have been shoot at a dead body for 11 min.
