Just checked it out, you changed it to "floor(2)"

Floor is a function that makes it a solid number. For example:
floor(empirecount)x0.5 -Lets say there is 9 empires:
Floor(9) x 0.5
Floor(4.5)
= 4
because you can't have 0.5 of an empire in an alliance

I just changed it to "2" to keep it clean.
