Floor is a function that makes it a solid number. For example:
floor(empirecount)x0.5 -Lets say there is 9 empires:
Floor(9) x 0.5
Floor(4.5)
= 4
because you can't have 0.5 of an empire in an alliance
I just changed it to "2" to keep it clean.
I actually figured out how to do this based on your "more empires in alliance" mod the same day, I didn't think you were active. Hope you don't mind, I put your name as credit.
