If you all experiences issues it is because of other addons conflict for sure. I tried mine without other addons and everything works, including all custom textures and models.
Remove other addons if you want this fixed... Sorry I can not do more... ^^

It's strange....Try removing other mods and load the map?（Left 4 dead 2/l4d2/addon/workshop, move this folder to another location）

I downloaded both ends 1 and ends 2. Those are the only two that I see that is needed. Was doing a campaign with a buddy of mine and for the most part, it worked good, I think we kept choosing to go left. We finally got to the helo after opening a big curved hanger door and thought that was then end of the match, then all of a sudden, the helo is dropping us off on this concrete helo pad, and we are seeing missing textures, pink palm tree, and we are supposed to get fuel for a generator. We only 2 two fuels and put them in and lower the elevator on the air craft carrier and that's as far as we got.

emmm，did you download the texurepack？I tried 3 ways，and I didnt find too much errors..

Tried this map, got to a part where we were on a aircraft carrier, lots of errors, (missing Models/Textures), and couldn't start the generator. This all happened after we got on the helocopter and thought we beat the map.
