I noticed something odd, male04's head was an error. but when i installed colorable enhanced citizens V4.5 his head was no longer a error.

Again, it shoudn't, all textures are included there so there's no need for any other citizen packs.
I checked this addon without any others and it doesn't give any errors. Double checked files and all material paths are correct.
(besides, V5 does not exist as far as I'm know and V4.5 Colorable was released much later after this addon, V4.1 Colorable was not used as a base, same with V4 Vanilla)

yes but it seem that I require the enchanced citizen V5 for some models to work, therefore the head is missing textures

Redownload this addon through Addons menu or by deleting corresponding .gma file (Gmod will redownload it)
As far as I know, there shouldn't be missing texture in any case and mostly just corrupted gma.

Playermodels are just an additional for those who wanted it. I'll update this version for the new content and fixes but not PM version. This addon needs only for textures.
And no - for Playermodels you don't need "Ragdoll Colorizer" and "Advanced Colour Tool" - only required for "colorable" bodygroups if you pose them.

If you're just getting this for the player model pack do you need to get the ragdoll colorizer and advanced colorizer tool.
