its only a visual mod. damage and reload speed are exactly the same

i saw the difference in animation. i just ment if it fires/reloads faster or slower, or if the damage was changed.

it's there. you have conflicts. most likely you have Doktor haus' Chrome Shotgun. the Shell texture for both of those are on this texture and they conflict.
