Thank you for your service.
Thank you! Yes: 'Ancient' Egyptians were their own, unique people who likely came about as a result of intermingling/intermarrying with various other ancient Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern peoples such as Greeks, Philistines, (possibly) Arabs, Etruscans (though I might be reaching here), and probably Phoenicians as well. Modern racial politics have zero business being included in ancient world studies, as that world had very little in common with ours.
Hahaha!
But those living in Africa must be black because ... Africa!

Sorry just joking. Love your mod and the comment section.
The slightly darker features that we associate with Middle Eastern people come from admixture with Africans, which occurred several times over the last few thousand years.
There were many migrations of what we now call "White people" out of Central Asia. In many cases they mixed with native populations, to a greater or lesser degree.
They weren't black. They weren't white. They were very in between. Some of the people in this comment section have the intellectual depth of a kiddy pool that's been emptied out, lol.
it has water damage so it mustve been there late ice age.
The Sphinx may have an African face, but in fact we don't even know who built it.
