No. Although nothing should break any saves or the game, just because it hasn't been updated.

OPEN QUESTION: I'v come across many Dialogue packs on the workshop do they interfear much when you add separate mods together? I just seen the Movie The Professor and the Madman It Sparked my Interest.

@Ragnaman GitHub and crowd source dialogues where can I find such things are they extensive perhaps with different types of speech etiquettes

It shouldn't cause any crashes anymore. I removed the one thing I thought /could/ cause any bugs a few days ago when I saw that comment. I really don't think it was.. dialogue.. crashing the game.

It doesn't matter if this mod causes crashes. The game crashes all of the time anyhow. So just enjoy it and reload.

You could, however, create a google doc and allow people to add dialogues that way.

It isn't, I'm afraid. Well, not in the sense you're thinking. It'd be more like working on a shared document in pre-2010 Subversion era of collaborative document editing. The .mod file could be uploaded, but nothing can be "merged" automatically, so no two people could have the Forgotten Construction Set open at the same time or else their changes would conflict. Any conflicts would have to be resolved by downloading both edited copies, manually seeing what the other person added, and then typing in all those changes yourself (not even possible to copy-paste those changes).

Hm, how about you open a discussion thread for dialogue suggestions! It will definitely make the world more lively.

My suggestions:
[Inside the bar]
A: "You think there's another God besides Ok-"
B: "Be quiet! I don't want the Holy Empire taking you away.."

[Holy Empire about to attack your outpost]
"Excuse me, but have you heard of our Lord and Savior Okran?"

[Going into Venge]
A: "Man, I wish I was a Skeleton."
B: "Sounds like a bad wish."
A: "Why is that?"
B: "Well you can't eat, or feel."
C (Skeleton): "But at least you won't get burned."
B: "Don't encourage him/her."

if two dialogue lines attempt to run at same time it can cause crashes. of i think it does had similar issues when testing my newest mod, might be your issue.

@the bad thing , can you elaborate? I have no idea how this makes you crash. I just edit dialogue. Is there anything that makes you crash ?

Suggestions:
1.(Sleeping outside in the wild or in your base while it rains)
"I wish i had a roof over me" or "I sure do love nature like the next guy, but this is excessive"

2.( Farming Hemp while knowing how to process it)
A."After the hard work in the fields, these plants will do great for crafting medicines"
B. "Or weed"
A. "Fair enough"

Suggestion i just made up for example:
Skeleton when entering Ashlands: "Perhaps it is best that i chose to forget what happened here...."
Or:
"I remember many things... good men, the golden years of this world... And this place reminds me of neither."

@tommy hey man, I'm not sure how the process to adding in new lines of dialogue goes, but I'd be more than willing to help out with writing new lines for you. I've got more than 5 years of writing (unprofessionally) under my belt and would be more than willing to help with any writing and grammar issues you might have.
