-Pick CT side.
-then buy a Defuse Kit
open console and type :
- +use
- +forward

Make sure to not use the easiest bot level (harmless)
And, when ingame:
a) buy kit
b) open console, type "+use", then "+forward"
c) wait
you'll automatically rescue the hostages

currently working for me, purchase a rescue kit from the buy menu and use the commands from m. below. ↓

in order save time copy paste following code into console and you will be able to rescue a hostage per 1-1.5 scnds with kit
