I'm thinking about re-posting my reworked version of this for the sake of filing a bug report about traction and engine performance. -- with 9:1 gearing and two engines -> ZOOOOM!! Where the actual point is to be able to tow 150 tons without trouble. Still has massive side-slip issues where I think that's a bug. =\

I did double up on the engines and it runs just fine now except for having to XML-hack the wheels into working....

I just made a new one.. started from scratch and built it smaller and better.

Yo, I tweaked mine a bit, added an autoclutch and a second fixed ratio reduction box. Still, the thing is radically underpowered, when I try to drive it, the autoclutch just struggles to keep it moving. Yes, the game is broken this release so it might behave radically differently in the future. I've been thinking about shoehorning a second engine into it, but still that would imply the engines are unreasonably weak because I don't have any trailer attached so the thing should be easy to move, especially as the player can shove it around the hangar with ludicrous ease... I used the same autoclutch on a much lighter vehicle with a medium engine and it works pretty well, it struggles up to about 20 mph but then fully engages from there and is fine.

I try to start the engine but it never starts. I've got the handbrake off with both breakers on and nothing happens. I have to hold the engine start button to move the truck.

when i use the flatbed (spawn it) it just teleports to the roof of the hanger and stays there no mags are on except the ones that should hold it down

im in advanced and i got hand brake off

Really nice vehicle, great for towing stuff. You have some great talent keep it up. My only (and this is my only one) is its massively out of proportion but thats juts my personal opinion.

have a look at oshkosh defense, they make stuff like this irl but have a lot of variants so it could be used for ideas. the HEMTT, LVSR and PLS are reasonably similar
