I haven't watched or read Beastars, so it wouldn't be something I'd plan on.

There wasn't, but I just went and added a page for this civ on the Civ V Customization Wiki with a list of the promotions underneath its Unique Attributes table. Here's a link, if it doesn't get King Crimson'd by Steam. [civilization-v-customisation.fandom.com]

Any plans for a version where the leader screen uses Shadow Diavolo like in the thumbnail? I personally like that version alot more then using normal Diavolo.

Not at the moment, no. When I make civs, fictional or otherwise, I like to base them on some sort of organization or nation with proper lore behind it, and there's not a ton of those in JoJo that haven't already been done. ViceVirtuoso made an incredible Funny Valentine's America civ already, and now there's Passione. Maybe a Speedwagon Foundation or, if JoJolion drops a ton of new lore on us, a Rock Humans civ would be things I could come up with designs for, but those are kind of stretching it.

But at the moment, Passione was the only one I felt the drive to make.
