that is STEAM functionality i cant control it
maybe it is better if you write on Steam

in the past Steam was give you the warning message
when the mod need the DLC ...
for that Steam added that REQUIRED DLC section in right description panel

I have not read it is required for this mod the heavy cargo dlc. It allowed me to add this mod to the original game and I made a quick job to deliver from Milano to Debrecen concrete pipes. I was not able to rest so had to leave the game. It would be good to add restriction not to install it automatically without the required mod. I have High Power Cargo Pack dlc.

you can try to unsubscribe and subscribe again
to be sure you own the latest version of the mod

ofc it can have some issue with other mods
but that need to be explore :)

I had your mods activated since ages, pretty much back then when it was 1.3x everything worked out just fine, starting with 1.4x it got even less and now I unfortunately don't see any of these cargos anymore - kinda miss them. I don't know if it's a me issue or a game issue. (Maps I use are ProMods + ME + TGS + RusMap if that is a neccessary information)

- added Owned Trailer cargo jobs support for chassis 4 axle and for body short and long
- added Normal cargo jobs support for chassis 4 axle short and long body

- support for ver. 1.41.*
- fixed position of the 3d objects
- fixed mat files
- change the trailer def files

!!! mod is not tested for problems with game ver. 1.39.* and 1.40.*
but must be OK :)

but you can make any cargo ...
what trailer the cargo use is say in def file locate in:
def\vehicle\trailer\

when you open the file look for "tchassis"
vehicle_accessory: ._________NOMATTER_________.tchassis
{
data_path: "/def/vehicle/trailer/goldhofer_stz_vl/chassis_short.sii"
}

down in the file you can find and place for Cargo
vehicle_accessory: ._________NOMATTER_________.cargo
{
data_path: "/def/vehicle/trailer/goldhofer_stz_vl/_________NOMATTER_________.sii"
}
