Is anyone getting an issue where when you use the grappling hook, you don't actually start grappling? In multiplayer when someone else uses it, the hook attachment sound gets spammed over and over for some reason.
I would make a discussion post but nobody really sees them as much anymore

how do you change the grapling distance ive done every number from -20000000000000 to 540000000000 and it's the same it can grapple infinitely far. i want it to just grapple close to me

what i tryna say is i can change it if i want to yes, but it would break the others, and just like in TF2, its not really meant to be a stealth tool

its because the sound plays from the owner and not from the weapon, if it would be all in the weapon channel, sounds would cut eachother off, also the sound came directly unmodified from TF2.

The thing is the balance between the sound of the grapple hook compared to any other sound in the game is off. AK is like half the volume
Feedback is what it is and its up to you to decide what you do with it
Good hook tho, everything else about it is sweet
