Characters can't climb up the stairs. They can go halfway up, then they can't find a path any higher.

Not functional currently, seems to be a pathing issue. All placed turrets are unusable.

Looking nice , i got it and can use it for its spotlight only , ppl cant get up to where the turrets are , they get like 3/4 of the way up and get stuck , any ideas?

Unfortunately, despite my love for the model and gun emplacements, this mod is completely unusable. You will never get the correct angle, at least in the Border Zone to build it properly anchored. The one time I managed to get the ramp in the dirt, my units still could not use the tower. The pathing on this model is completely broken.

i have the same problem as astifury
my pc's cant climb it anymore
they managed to build a ballista on top, but now cant climb the tower anymore

sadly ive had remove this mod, have tried building and using multi towers 10 times now and each time no one can climb into any of the towers, it looks good but its eye candy only folks :(

I have had no issues with this mod bar the first 2 times I've placed it.
I've since gone on to build more than 15 Watchtowers covering my base across rocky terrian with 0 issues, even animals can climb up them! (somehow a beak thing ended up on the roof as well XD)

When placing always make sure you check the base (and adjust it up and down with (- and +).
and use [ and ] to change the slope till the ramp is level. You can also use the ingame edittor to manually move it down a few meters.

i was wondering if you could let us lower it a few more feet

otehr wise it works great but im hesitant to even recommend this to anyone due to it not being lowerable enough

I get it to work about one time out of ten. Sometimes I can get my npcs to run up the ramp by putting them in high speed and running them onto the ramp until they make the first landing. Really pretty frustrating.

But uh actually, my characters can't climb the second to last step on the 3rd flight of stairs. They can't get to the top, so the cost is about right. That's a bug, right? Also, this:

This tower never touch griund properly, must be marcked ad "BUGGED" and/ore removed from workshop.

Save before placement. Place it. Shift+f12 to lower it into the ground. Reload, or import the game, and it should work fine.

I'm having the same problem as Mr. Wanaskiwin, I've tried to build the tower on almost flat ground and even if i lower it as low as it'll go it wont touch the ground.

I mean you can place it but it literally doesnt touch the ground, i'd say allow it to lower below the cement blocks just to be on the safe side.

Can you set it up so it goes lower, in the great desert not a whole lot of great areas to place a tower as the hills are to steep for it to mount anywhere

@bagelhe : It's almost certainly a coincidence that your stuff worked after you uninstalled. This mod is just a mesh and texture and node positions, I can't see any possible way it could be interfering with things like being unable to type a name unless Kenshi does some incredibly strange stuff in the background.

i found a bug. i recuited a prisoner with the prisoner mod and when i wanted to rename him I cannot type a name anymore, I uninstalled your mod and it worked like it used to.

@rex.71 : "Characters refuse to climb" - If the characters aren't climbing it, try placing it again and making sure a) the ramp is in the dirt and b) it's upright, rather than slanted. Also if you place it with shift-f12 you'll probably have to save and reload to make the characters recognise it properly.
